[redacted] Tuana Plaza has tenants; [redacted] *** [redacted] *** we have approximately parking spaces that are posted as private parking for tenants and their client/customersIt also states that violators will be towed.Our policy for towing vehicles:alert the property manager if you see anyone violating the parking rules (we get a lot of CSU students and the apartment next to us)the property manager will make note of the car and make every effort to contact or catch the person coming back to give them a verbal warningif the car is seen again, the property manager goes to each business owner/manager to ensure it doesn't belong to one of our clients or gueststhe property manager will contact [redacted] .In regards to the [redacted] that was towed resulting in this complaint:I had complaints regarding the [redacted] , the owner from ***, the owner from [redacted] ***, and the owner of [redacted] all verbally warned a gentleman that was driving the car on separate occasions The day we towed him, I was in the parking lot discussing improvements with the owner, we saw him pull up and park, I recognized the vehicle as the one from the complaints and previous video surveillance I did not get an opportunity to approach the person, he went into ***.After my meeting with the owner, I went to [redacted] (the owner of ***) and asked if the man was there, he said no, he man came in, purchased a fountain drink, left through the front door and left the property site.I went to the other businesses to ensure he was not in the building as a patron After approximately hours, I chose to tow his vehicle.He was parked on our parking from approximately 11am we towed him around and he did not come back for his car until after Based on the information given, that person has never been a client of [redacted] or [redacted] , Both Companies keep very precise client base.please let me know if you have any other questions:I can provide a dated timeline of the parking infractions from this client as well as statements of the other business owners regarding the confrontations they had with the driver of this car.Thank you so much for your time,Shannon A [redacted] Tuana Plaza Property Manager [redacted]
