Tub Hub and Tile

My complaint is exactly as the one already listed here I chose this business because it was listed in the paper by Revdex.com It was to re-glaze my bathtub Like the other complaint It was a mess No one came back to fix it I paid up front $ I had other contractors look at the tub and basically walk away They told me to get the guys who did this to fix it I said that they are conmen, holding themselves out as a business without having a clue how to do the work...but taking your money, and won't be back I had to strip the entire tub myself, then pay more money to get the job done Your rating needs to be F, buyer beware

We just bought a house in the northern suburbs and the bathrooms needed to be updated So we went to Tub Hub and Tile’s showroom in Skokie They did our bathroom and kitchen in our previous house years ago and we were very impressed with their customer service and that it was a One-Stop-Shop So we called and made an appointment to start the process all over again Bonnie helped design the two bathrooms and worked very close with us through the whole process We were able to choose the tile, vanity , granite top and fixtures in the showroom We scheduled the date Three weeks later, the crew came early on Monday morning and they were very neat clean and efficient They used our back entrance and we hardly knew they were there They finished painting the downstairs bathroom on Saturday and started the second bathroom upstairs on Monday So were not inconvenienced at all ; always had a bathroom to use The upstairs bathroom took an additional days because they had to completely gut it and update the plumbing ,electricity and install a fan and vent it out We are so pleased with their new designs and workmanship We have recommended them to our friends and will have Tub Hub do our Kitchen next summer
