Re : Complaint No [redacted] Hi Ms***,It is fine to close this issue, as there is nothing to change my opinion on the quality of work Quality Home Repairs does.Yes, I spoke with Mr [redacted] regarding possibly repainting the cabinets in my kitchen, but after Mr [redacted] unprofessional attitude, and having seen his worker collect all their tools with no intention to clean up, I was not going to pursue any further work in my kitchenThe worker cleaned up after I offered him the $cash he had returned to me upon Mr [redacted] phone call to him The worker cleaned the mess in my kitchen only because he intended to pocket the money for himself and not because Mr [redacted] had requested he did His intention was that of keeping the cash without telling Mr [redacted] .Now all this belongs in the past and it is best to learn from this sad experience.I wish Mr [redacted] wellThank you, Ms [redacted] for helping

[redacted]gmail.com Attn: [email protected] [email protected] This is being written in response to Mrs [redacted]'s letter to the Better Buisness Bureau regarding my buisness Quility Home Repair.  Approximetely in middle April after being refered to me by a former employee...

that suggested my services my be more in line with her budget Mrs. [redacted], my neighbor, contacted me regauarding retiling her kitchen walls and backsplash.  My normal rate for this job would be approximetely $1,800.  After discussing rates it was evident that this was not within her fixed budget, but because she was a neighbor, and close by I wanted to help her out and  discussed lowering my normal rate and working her into my free time around other projects that I was already engaged.  I explained to her that while working around my other jobs it would take three days to complete her project.  The first day time allowed for the oven to pulled away from the wall, the kitchen faucet loosened and cleared away from the working area, and the existing tiles to be removed from the wall.  In addition Mrs. [redacted] added the idea she would like to repaint the kitchen cabinets and was I able to have all the existing hardware on the cabinets and drawers removed.  I was hoping, if time allowed, to return later that evening and begin preping the walls for the application of the new tiles.  Within a few hours of leaving I began recieving texts, one after another, from Mrs. [redacted] inquiring upon when I would be returning, when the kitchen would be reassambled, etc.  I explained to her again that I had told her the job would take three days but it became quickly apparent that she was not satisfied waiting around having the job done in segments as my time allowed.  I quickly felt badgered and overwhelmed by her persistant calls and messages.  I did not finish the job I was engaged into in time to return hers that evening. The following morning I sent an employee to begin resetting the area and prepping it for work, the entire time receiving more messages and calls from [redacted].  While it is always my pleasure to work with any custemer and their needs it had always been explained to Mrs [redacted] that the rate she was recieving was dependant upon the time allocated to her job to be prioritized behind my other work.  Her constant inqueries were beggining to hinder my ability to complete work and because I not able to give the constant time on the job that she desired that I would need to cease involvement in the project.  Mrs. [redacted] was refunded and the area cleaned. Mrs [redacted] refused to take the refund at first and would not sign for it.  She chose to pay my employee herself and for him to keep it quite for cleanup I was already taking care of the labor for.

Re :  Complaint No. [redacted]Hi Ms. [redacted],It is fine to close this issue, as there is nothing to change my opinion on the quality of work Quality Home Repairs does.Yes, I spoke with Mr [redacted] regarding possibly repainting the cabinets in my kitchen,  but after Mr [redacted] unprofessional attitude, and having seen his worker collect all their tools with no intention to clean up, I was not going to pursue any further work in my kitchen. The worker cleaned up after I offered him the $60.00 cash he had returned to me upon Mr [redacted] phone call to him.   The worker cleaned the mess in my kitchen only because he intended to pocket the money for himself and not because Mr [redacted] had requested he did.  His intention was that of keeping the cash without telling Mr [redacted].Now all this belongs in the past and it is best to learn from this sad experience.I wish Mr [redacted] well.
