StateRISA and MVISA, statutes a deficiency cannot be claimed unless all the required notices were properlyand timely given, and all the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to.Please provide copies of the legal notices and proof of the commercially reasonable manner of theresale of the subject vehicle.If no such proof is provided within days from receipt of this notice, the alleged claim of a deficiencywill be considered null and void, and any continued collection activities, or continued reporting of thisinvalid claim on any of my credit reports will be considered a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA.In addition, if you singularly or severally fail to comply with the above requests, I reserve the right toseek damages against all parties, under all available State and Federal statutes and UCC - remedies.Sincerely,

August 16, 2017As stated in the collection notes on March 12, 2014 [redacted] dropped off her 2003 [redacted] Vin# [redacted] to Jerry T[redacted] the manager at that time for One Stop Auto Credit as a voluntary repossession. On March 17, 2014 a repossession letter was sent to [redacted] which gave her 15 days to reclaim the vehicle it also stated the balance of the account and the amount she would need to pay in order to reclaim the vehicle. The charge off amount was $6180.04 and the vehicle was sold to [redacted] in the amount of $450.00 the account was adjusted and the final amount due is $5,730.04 after the sale of the vehicle.Please find attached the Repossession Letter, Copy of the check from [redacted], Profit and Loss Sheet, and Invoice.Sincerely,Debra S.Office Manager
