order delivered on Tuesday September 12, Our home office in Orlando, FLwas knocked out of power the entire week of September 11, from Hurricane IrmaWhen our driver delivered the C.O.Dorder he told the client that our pricing is not correct because we couldn't access our system to have exact cost for himWe had to estimate what the cost would have been and explained to our driver to tell this client we would issue a credit once our system was restored or he could refuse the entire orderOur driver called our office to see if there was any update on getting the correct cost and therewasn'tThe customer was extremely unhappy thinking we increased his pricing due to the Hurricane IrmaThat is not true.Tubelite has been in business since and never have we increased pricing due to storms as stated in this complaintThe client stated we never applied his last credit which is also incorrect, that credit was applied on September 5, We have documentation showing when this credit was issuedWhat didn't make sense is that this client kept some of the order we shipped that day but also refused some of the order which was returned back to usThe cost of the order this customer kept was $and he gave the driver $to pay for itWe put a credit on his account of $for his overpaymentWe can issues a check back to this client or keep it on his accourrt until he places his next order, most likely this weekTo my knowledge this was the only C.O.Dclient that we had this problem with during our power outage in Orlando, Florida.All data for our ERP system is based in our corporate office and we can not retrieve information if they are without powerThis affected all nine locations and we did not receive one complaint.On September 19,Brandon M*** Tubelite's Operation Manager and I made a phone call to this client to try and resolve this caseDuring the conversation it was agreed to that our driver told this client that due to Hurricane Irma our pricing might be higher than but didn't tell this client it was due to not being able to access our system to get pricingOnce Brandon explained why this happened the client stated he now understands what happened and confirmed we didn't try to increase his pricing due to the hurricaneHe also stated he will no longer do business with us but did appreciate the call today to explain everything to him.There is a credit on his account of $which will be sent back to this client in the form of a check and will be mailed on Friday September 22,2017.Sincerely,Daniel B***Regional Sates ManagerTubelite Co

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.   We will no longer be doing busines because there have been multiple problems with this company and its a shame that we had to take action such as this to begin with.  We do appreciate a response though in which without Revdex.com we would have never gotten
