Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and accept the business's response to resolve this complaint with some clarifications:1) Only a quote by phone (I was had already moved out of the state) was provided on the date of service (Sep 14) - it is misleading for the company (Tubro) to indicate it was provided and signed at the time of service. I did not receive the detailed invoice until the Revdex.com forwarded to me on Dec 7. The primary purpose of this inquiry was because the company (Tubro) had not provided a detailed invoice and was no longer returning calls.2) Per the terms of our lease move-out agreement, I provided a receipt for the service to the landlords and they were very surprised and said the price was significantly higher than past carpet cleaning fees. 3) I am only able to count areas (versus in the invoice) referencing a floor plan provided by the landlords. This same floor plan was shared with Trevor at Tubro, however, I am doubtful going back-and-forth on counting the spaces will make a difference at this point.Sincerely, *** ***

Typically, an area is a room that is up to 120 square feet (that is 12 x 10). Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas unless the overall area fits the typical room requirement. Any area over 120 square feet but less than 240 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced differently has non-standard areas tend to also have high foot traffic.
