Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You have done NOTHING to fix the problemYou have not been to my house since the very first time you came out to refinish my tubYOU LIED to us and led us to believe that you would be at our house yesterday 2/15/and then blocked our phone calls and ignored our emailsTomorrow every single email between you and I from the promise of a YEAR Warranty to the last email between you and I yesterday asking what time you were going to be there to PROVE your dishonest business practices and total lack of integrity and professionalism will be on every website I have left a review on, my Facebook page, channel 4, channel and channel news as well as the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

Ii really don want to keep going back and forth What I can offer is sending a 3rd party company to do th e repair and be done with thisLet me know if that what you decide to doI can have then do the repair by this coming Monday

I do not block nobodys numberI already told you by email what happen that weekendI will attach a copy of that email

Contracted him to refinish my bathtubHe gave me a year warrantyHe refinished my tub July 27, and the tub began peeling in After the holidays I contact [redacted] to honor his warrantyAfter repeated emails and phone calls to appeal to his word, integrity and professionalism [redacted] agreed to honor his year warrantyWe set a date and I confirmed with him via email several times because I was taking off work to accommodate his scheduleNot only did he not show up but he ignored my emails and blocked my phone number

The finish on my bathtub did not last, it is rusting through in several spotsIronically, I had to pay more because he had to do extra repairs...I contacted the company to correct the issue and was told it would be 3-weeks before they could make itI said that was fine but I need to have a date, I was asked to provide the original invoice, which I didDespite several emails, I have not heard back from the CompanyMy first email was on January 9th The service included a year warranty

I am rejecting this response because: I cannot take off another day to accommodate your schedule again in hopes that you or who your designate shows up this timeI am in the middle of preparing my house for sell and the realtor is taking pictures Monday, so the repair needs to be done this weekend

Two Tubs they finished, chipped and pealedThey said they would be there Monday, after two more contact and no responses, they blocked my phone number

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
*** has offered several times to deliver the paint, white and beige, in two
small containers, so that we could mix as needed. We agreed to getting
the paint
and told *** he could just leave on the porch. He repeatedly said
he was in other parts of the metroplex but he would come by, he never
did. The chips are small, and the result of flakes from the original
spray job. The first chip appeared after one use of the tub, when flakes washed awayThe second chip appeared after less then five uses of the tubeSorry to hear *** has decided not
to live up to his word.
Not
interested in further work from this business and believed we made this
as easy as possible to resolve. The paint is all we ask for
resolution
