Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When you accept a job the consumer has no idea how far you have to drive If driving to a location is beyond your capacity then you should refuse the job You were very accommodating till you were paid in full Once you got paid your attitude changed and you were no longer interested in having the job done correctly This company makes appointments, then doesn't show up, doesn't call if they are going to be late, or cancels repeatedly They repeatedly make appointments late Sunday night for Monday and then cancel on Monday They have a disregard for appointments yet expect the consumer to be compliantAs a consumer who's paid almost $for a service I expect that service to be done as promised If I complain repeatedly it's because there service is inferior to what they promised I just want the service to be as promised or my money refundedSincerely, [redacted] ***

As the owner of Tubs-R-Us I apologize for the mix up. For some reason I never received a phone call from the client possibly due to my phone issues. I contacted my employee and he said he forgot about going back. So he contacted the client immediately and scheduled to correct
the problem. The job has now been completed and an apology was given for the delay

We tried twice to meet with her.  We have to drive over 50 miles one way.  The second time she told me she was available all day.  After driving over 50 miles he was 5 minutes late and she was already gone.  He then called her and she was 3 minutes away and refused to come and...

let him in.  She has been a constant complainer throughout the whole process.  I then told her when we were in her area we would call her and set up time to meet with her.  It has cost us not being able to other jobs, gas and wear and tear on our vehicles to accommodate her.  I tried to set up a time with her for Monday, July 6th.  but she refused to meet  There has to be some compromise at some point to allow us to in.  Either send someone else to meet us or wait more than 5 minutes before she leaves.  I'll give her one more opportunity to meet with us, otherwise I can't afford to keep doing this!
