Tubs The Ultimate Bath Store

Ordered a tub that was to arrive within 3 weeks. After the time elapsed I called the store myself to see why I was not contacted only yo find out that the tub will not be available for another 10 weeks. All this time the bathroom reno was on hold and the only thing that remained to install was the tub. When I asked why wasn't I warned of the delay so I could find another tub I was told that the girl that makes phone calls to customers was on vacation FOR THE WHOLE MONTH and no one else apparently could notify me.
Due to the time pressure I was now facing with the plummer and other contractors I went online and found a tub that fit the same specifications as the initial one (due to the plumbing being already done for the initial buy). I was assured that it was available in another store and that the manager put a rush on the delivery and it would be available the next day. I rented a truck and 2 movers. On my way there I called the store that I was coming by to pick it up. The manager told me that it was not delivered to the store. And it was not available for pick up in any location. They could only get it for me the next day. So I payed the movers for their time and I send the plummer away since there was nothing to be installed. The next day the tub finally arrived. Te manager told me to pay the $100 price difference for the tub I did not even want. So the whole experience cost me additional $300 for the tub, the movers, and the plummer visit.
