While performing the chimney sweep, the serviceman L*** dislodged the chimney pipe that connects to the box in the ceilingL*** spent some time trying to repair the problem and thought he had repaired it properlyI also paid him for his work at this time
However, in using the stove the next day soot and black residue began collecting at the top and around the stoveThe air in the house began to smell like we were burning a fire inside the houseWe stopped using the stove as I felt we were compromising our respiratory systems and needed to have the situation remedied immediately
