11/21/14.  A purchase order for the product was faxed to our supplier.  When we called to check status of the order, we were told by the supplier that they did not receive our fax, so we resent the fax.The product was being shipped from Indiana so we paid extra to have the shipment expedited at no cost to the customer.   That coupled with the fact that it was the Thanksgiving holiday that week, caused delay in receiving the product.The customer called on December 2nd.   We called our supplier to get an update on the ETA and were told that the order would not arrive until the following week. Our customer was very upset. We apologized for the inconvenience and we promptly refunded the customer's money in full that same day on December 2nd.When the product arrived on the following week, we called the customer's contractor to see if by chance they still wanted the tub. They declined.

It is not an excuse. I have worse experience; I will write a review when I am not upset any more. Never, ever, go to Tubz. it kills you after you place an order.

Review: Paid Tubz $2800+ for a custom tub. Was told it was their "most common made" tub and should only be 3-4 weeks, possibly sooner. Our receipt slated for end of May, however, [redacted] the salesman stated it would be around 20th of May. Come the 20th, I was told end of month. Come end of month, we were told first week of June. First week of June, we were told mid month (getting a straight answer was hard enough, getting a hold of our salesman was even harder). Now, I am getting no feedback on when we will see this tub. Customer service is a joke, reaching our salesman is next to impossible, so after a lengthy very unhappy conversation with [redacted] (when I finally reached him), he gave me his cell phone number so I could get updates. Even that is no longer getting me information. I would drive to the store but they're located over an hour away. Meanwhile, my bathroom is non functioning without this tub. This will be over 2 months and that's if I'm lucky to see it soon. Order date was April 16th, tear out of current tub area was based off arrival date of new tub. This has caused many many problems. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Some sort of billing resolution for the major inconvenience. More phone calls than I can count, and a bathroom left in limbo. $500 or more would help, although obviously nothing will turn back the clock. I'm just furious I had to go down this road in the first place. Even with resolution, this will be my first and last business transaction with Tubz. If resolved properly , I will at least be able to tell people who ask that although we had a problem, they corrected it and compensated for it

Review: We purchased and fully paid for a whirlpool tub, with a promise of delivery by the following week. Relying on this promise, we had a contractor tear out our bathroom to prepare for installation. When we have not heard by the due date, we called and found out the tub had never been ordered. After several phone calls, Tubz fnally agreed to reimburse us for our credit card payment, but offered no assistance with the added expenses we incurred due to their mistake.Desired Settlement: We would like Tubz to be reprimanded for poor customer service.

I have worse than you experience, this company does not have its own products. After deceiving you and placing an order, he went to find it on the internet. Never answer the phone, no email response, you have to make an appointment to discuss the delivery status. If you like to change the item or return. you need to pay 25% restore fee.
