To correct the statement from Tuckahoe Creek, the renters policy was never allowed to "expire" and there was never a lapse in coverage as provided to the officeIt's disappointing to sign a second year lease under these circumstances.

her renewal on *** and we updated her insurance on *** when she brought in the updated copyShe was put on force place renters insurance on ***, per her lease agreement, and charged the *** Thank you,*** ***

Tuckahoe Creek ApartmentsThis is per our company policy.In response to the summons from the sheriff, that was put on his door and served because the customer is in the process of an evictionHe currently owes $2k and his last two rent payments have both been returned due to insufficient funds.We default all residents when we do not receive their rent by the 3rd of the month. The maintenance team here at Tuckahoe Creek Apartments, has no reason to snoop around peoples propertyThey are here to service the apartments, buildings, and the residents.In response to the pest control spraying, we do preventative pest control services, at no cost to the resident on a monthly basis.In addition to the comment about the office and maintenance crew being here during the holidays, we employ a year round full time staff of employees.Any additional questions, comments or concerns, may be directed back to my office.Thank you,

To Whom it May Concern,We require a 60 day written notice to vacate if a resident is planning on moving out of their apartment. They are required per their lease agreement to put this in writing and provide to the rental office. Their lease agreement was signed stating they were aware and they...

read that they must provide a 60 day written notice to vacate.They are also responsible for payment of pest control services if they are found to be negligent in letting the rental office know of a pest control issue. This resident did not inform the office they had bed bugs, and it was discovered when maintenance was performing a work order. We then scheduled an inspection of their apartment and it was determined they had bed bugs in their apartment, and they were informed of the necessary charge. He threw out his mattress at the dumpster instead of having the treatment because he did not want to pay for the treatment.
