Washer machine purchased as a replacement, the item was defective from day. Isaic has promised to replace it for months, almost an entire year. Excuses every single time, now he says the business is not his. Stay away! This guy loves to lie. Isaic it’s 2024 start being honest with customers.

This letter is regarding a matter complaint on 7/13/ ID# *** this customer supposedly purchase this item on my store Tucker's appliance service months ago we went back to our files to see who this person is we have nothing on records from The formation you guys send
me on the letter we take complaints very seriously especially when it comes to refrigerator from the customer who supposedly purchased this item she is around minutes away from my shop so there is no way that I'm going avoid not going to service her refrigerator I wish I knew who it was I tried calling the phone number you guys send me on the letter there is no answer I've been willing to settle this matter if this is true it came from my store my phone number is *** my email address is *** PS I am willing to honor the warranty if there is prove it came from my store all I need is proof of purchase that it came from my store thank you isaic Tucker

This email is for regarding the complain [redacted] from Tuckers appliance service the situation was resolved customer had the wrong information was going to another store I was able to get in contact with her we finally took care of the refrigerator gave her a new refrigerator it was just a misunderstanding she was communicating with the wrong person not going to the store thank you

I am rejecting this response because: The owner is very aware of who I am as I have records of the many phone calls I made. Isaic T[redacted] also has been to my apartment and knows where I live with the technician. I am in the process of looking for the receipt. I went to a different business where I requested to fix the fridge since it had been already a few months and I gave up. The person who ended up fixing my fridge was actually the same person that Mr T[redacted] employs to assist with service related requests. As he does not have one of his own. I was advised that Mr T[redacted] sold me a fridge with unauthentic piece which was causing the fridge to malfunction. The tech also advised that the reason why Mr t[redacted] had not followed up with my request for a warranty replacement is because he was refusing to buy the piece that it needed. The piece cost me a total of $80 and I had to pay an additional $40 for service.

This is in reference to complaint with assigned ID [redacted] between [redacted] and Tuckers’ appliances.I would like to advise that this has been resolved and I received a working replacement yesterday on 8/10.
