we believe that the Rules of Professional Conduct applying to lawyers and law firms in Pennsylvania permits the disclosure of such information.The complaints that have been made by Mr*** are completely and absolutely falseThe accusations against our law firm which assert that we are complicit in a fraud and that we are perpetrating a scam are vehemently denied.The law firm of Tucker Arensberg has been in existence for over one hundred yearsWe represent some of the largest companies, school districts, municipalities, and business owners in Western and Central PennsylvaniaOur firm represents numerous individuals, families, and non-profit organizationsWe have a long history of performing pro bono legal services to legal aid organizations and other eligible organizations.Our lawyers take very seriously complaints made by clients or former clients because client service and trustworthiness are major pillars of our practiceIt is disheartening to write this response because this former client has made unsubstantiated allegations against our firm.The fees charged for services rendered to this former client by Tucker Arensberg were fair and reasonableAll work was concluded properly and in a timely mannerThe terms of our fees were agreed to in writing ahead of time by thisformer clientDetailed time records were submitted to document the services performed.Mr***’s allegations that Tucker Arensberg has held his business files hostage is absolutely untrueThe return of Mr***’s files to the entity of his choice took place on August 31, Mr*** was also provided with notices of upcoming deadlines that relate to ongoing matters prior to his files being shipped.Regarding the former client's claim that he was forced to pay for hours that he did not authorize, this is simply not trueAs stated above, all work for this former client was fully authorized and approvedIn addition, the former client’s claim that he is entitled to a return of fees for services not completed is also misplaced as all work requested by this former client has been completed and notice of the same provided to him.Lastly, it is important to note that this former client has been engaging in conduct consisting of sending text messages to an attorney in our office threatening to harm his reputation on the internetHe then filed this Revdex.com complaintIn the spirit of full disclosure, we felt it was appropriate to bring this conduct to your attention.In summary, there will be no return of fees to Mr***We trust that this dispute with Mr*** is now concludedOur firm wishes nothing but the best to this former clientThank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaints.Very truly yours,TUCKER ARENSBERG, P C.Jonathan *M***
