The set up was timely and everything worked but they did not pick up the day they said they would, were difficult to contact, once we did set up a next day pick up time, they were late,thus our plans for the next day had to be changed due to their due to themnot keeping their scheduled pick uptime twice.

years and are not attempting in anyway to avoid crediting you a new reservation. We don't recall seeing any emails from you, or phone messages. Please don't worry about 1 year expiration, we don't enforce expiration of credit with any of our customers. Bad weather happens which is why we give the option to reschedule at anytime, subject to availability.
