I closed on a home on 7/14/Washington's Heating & Cooling signed a letter of certification stating that my HVAC systems were working properly A day later, I had a condensing unit that was frozen due to a bad Evaporator Coil
The technician came back out after closing and replaced control boards and rerouted a thermostat, the HVAC was still not working properly because of the bad Evaporator Coil I was not consulted before relocating the thermostat, and it was determined later that it was not necessary to move it I also found a wire that had been cut when the drywall holes were made to move the thermostat
I ended up paying $the HVAC, drywall, and electrical repairs
