I had made several calls since purchase (almost a month) asking to get the remote replaced and could not get a response until I went into the store to ask about their return policy. I picked a lazy boy couch out 2 weeks ago was on sale for $999.00 a lazy boy with out the fancy button . I was told they had none in stock,they were to call me when they come in .no one ever called so my husband and I went into tuckers to buy a couch, they delivered couch , I had it for 1 night, threw a velor blanket over it so it would not get dirty.I have bad back so I sit on it about 2 hrs and said it was to hard , I went back in yesterday and exchnged it they come to get the brown one didn't deliver the new lazy boy which was $1,111.00 so I used the cash I paid down on the brown one toward the lazy boy and was approved for the rest,the same one I picked out 2 weeks ago was on sale for $999.00 lazy boy with out the fancy buttons, Well they come to get the brown one yesterday after 1 night and didn't bring the lazyboy , the guy [redacted] said they had to check the couch before they brought the new one !! so we sit on kitchen chairs last night, He called this morning t o say nothing was wrong with the couch but that this morning it smelled of cigarette smoke!! ??? we did not smoke in the house .. we go out side, on deck or under car port , I do not knw how any smoke could get on the couch , I do know that the sale people took cig. breaks, also I had the brand new velor cover over it. I am very disappointed in this trans action... they still have not brought the brown couch back!! I will not do any more business with tucker, and I am very preturbed with them. thinking of calling better business bureu!! we just bought a house its has brand new carpet, new painted walls, so how could there be smoke on the couch!! I also feel that the lazy boy couch if not I stock should have been they got in 4 yesterday and I heard them tell a lady they had none!! this is bad business. I always us a sensy warme in the house for night lite and I have 3.. but I wlll make sure to tell all friends and relatives what Mike did to me. thank you and goodbye. in the past I have spent $$$ there , I bought my mom amattress for her bed for $600.. and one for our home, and was planning on getting new one ,as we just bought a new house I want all new furniture, told them I wanted a pedistle table yesterday morning. but im sure rooms to go will have one.","neg-1
