We are not ones too leave bad reviews, but we tried to contact this guy for over 3 months, Jason has wasted our time and our money did not fix our printer, sold us a supposed to be new printer which was used, Jason ended up taking it back leaving us with a bill and a still broken printer. We still have not got refunded since before Christmas, now he is trying to charge us a restock fee for a used printer he had sitting in his office or car or garage? We are out Over $400 at this point had to go too Staples and buy a new printer, Jason will not answer our calls, emails, texts or anything. Bad business would not recommend to anyone unless you want these aggravating results.
