Tom Tucker with Tuker property management is the worst landlord you could ever have He will nickle and dime you for every single thing he possibly can throughout your lease and when it is over and he charges outrages rent for apartments from the 1970's that he remodels with "new" laminate floorhe is a manipulator and I would not recommend anyone to ever rent from him as TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHEREhe is the worst business man aroundHe talks down to his clients and treats his clients like they are section clients paying 900/month rentsHe charges the clients for the electric used for to operate the pool and to operate the wash roomwhich he over charges for that also a load for a cubic feet washer!! STAY AWAY trust me! I wish I would have found some reviews about him and his properties before I moved into this man property!
