This item shipped to out to the customer today via FedEx with tracking # [redacted]. The customer did order the product on March 17th as stated and yes the website it ships within 2-3 business days. However in this case the customer had purchased goods before at a retail...
location and requested that the product be built to match one of the other items that they had received. This required a custom build. I should have reached out with more details to explain the process, but this customer has had me build a previous item and I though would expect a longer lead time. I did not receive any emails that I can find that I missed. Nor did I receive any messages via phone from this customer.
