I worked on there project while the homeowners was home. Everyday that I was there I walks the homeowner through the process step by step to make sue the project was up to there liking. Mat the end of the project I once again walked the homeowner through the project even explaining I did...

quite a bit more than I was contracted to do. Didnt ask for additional money for additional workExplained to the homeowner I tried a new product on the front steps if it didn't work let me know I'd come back and fix it  He was ok with that. They asked me to come back due to other water areas on the porch I was there within days and repaired what they askedThey contacted me again I set a day to come back to address there concerns and the day before I was going to meet them They sent an email stating that they wanted a full refund I explained I would repair the steps and a weatherbead that wasn't discussed during our first meeting but that I went out of my way to make sure they were satifiedim willing to repair the steps and the weather bead
