I recently totaled my car that was financed through TucoemasI had a lot of trouble with getting all the information I wanted because Tucoemas said they were handling the case with the gap insurance to pay the rest of the amount that the primary insurance didn't coverSo months later with only one call explaining the situation they agreed to grant me a personal loan to finance the remaining balance while gap insurance was being taken care ofweeks or so passed and I received a letter congratulating me on paying off the carNo other mail came from themThey just called me today to tell me my payment for April was late and I needed to pay plus late feeI explained how I had received a congratulations letter saying the car was paid off and they just said they didn't know anything about that and proceeded to ask me why I hadn't paidI explained that along with the letter and the fact that I received no paperwork to send in my payment I assumed there were no more payments to make
