Tucson 4x4 Landscaping

I wish this young man all the success in the world. At the time we had our work done, he had all the visible trappings of an established business but he still operated like casual labor. If you will need a written estimate, breakdown of work, invoice or receipt - be sure to get these before you pay him. The work was done well. But without an estimate of what would be done, I had only his verbal "musings" for reference and I do not believe he accomplished all he said he would for what we paid him. I don't know what the dump fees were, so it was impossible to know what his hourly rates were. He and his crew were prompt, and they were available to do the work for us on short notice. This was a big plus in his favor, and is probably what got him the job. If he wants to live up to what his logo, shirts, business cards, etc. suggest, he needs a better grasp of how to effectively run a business so that his clients feel like they are working with someone dependable.

Just had gravel and citrus trees put in our backyard by Tucson 4x4 and couldn?t be happier with the quality work and service. Mo and his crew gave hands down the best customer service experience I?ve had I a long time. Most importantly they show up on time and Mo the owner always answers his phone or calls back promptly. After dealing with more than dozen landscape companies I honestly am impressed by this company and will recommend to my family and friends!
