TEPOA is a 55+ community of units and the facilities are excellent I could describe the hole executive golf course, Swimming pools, Sauna, Spa, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, Radio StationLibrary, Exercise RoomShuffle BoardsPool (Bil-lards) Tables Card Room and Craft Areas The Web Page and newspaper keep residents informed
The facilities are not what makes TEPOA greatThe real asset is the PEOPLE that volunteer time to make the community so special We are like a big large family that works and plays together in our retirement years
Yes we sometimes disagree over what is the best plan to make TEPOA a better place We are a community
The under $/ month fee is very reasonable and includes garbage removal, 13+ miles of streets
Some describe TEPOA as the best kept secret retirement community in Tucson
