We have called the business several timesThey have promised at least twice to come out to look at the problem, but they have never shown upSince then, when we ask for the owner and give our name, the receptionist always tells us that he is out, so we strongly suspect that he is avoiding usWe paid for the glass door and gasket on its base and the items were still under warranty when we first called the company years ago to report the problem
