We met [redacted] from Tucson Professional Landscaping back in July to discuss my yard of approximately SFHis crew did an amazing job of completing a full demolition of the existing backyard, which consisted of an existing concrete patio, retaining blocks and year old vegetation We were able to schedule the paver work the day after two block walls were built, (by another contractor), and [redacted] and his crew did an amazing job yesterday!! Showed up at 7am with a crew of or so, and worked until 5pm in 100+ degree heat to get the work completed [redacted] was with them the entire day making sure the job was going as per specificationsIf a question came up, my phone rang, and it was resolvedAll that's left is the border which will be done today We have received 3-bids for the job prior to us picking Tucson Professional Landscaping, one was even a little cheaper, but the quality of work this company does, the care that [redacted] and his crew put in, the timelines, communication and clethat has occurred afterwards far-weighs any savings I may have realized Would HIGHLY recommend Tucson Professional Landscaping for pavers jobs, big or smallThe experiences was great from my first meeting with Eddie to writing the check after it's completion Great job guys!!!
From start to finish we had an unbelievable experience working with *** He was very honest, trustworthy, and above all professional! It seems like [redacted] and his crew are going out of there way everyday to deliver a really unique plan that can fit our family budget The planning process was with no pressure (we had another company rushing us to close with them at same day of estimate..) [redacted] explain to us every small detail and I can safely say it was worth our money We were up front about our budget and our expectationsWe didn't want to waist his time nor ours As it turns out he did a great job working within these constraints on our project He is Extremely knowledgeable about the company services (patio, artificial grass, fire pits and more) but we never felt talked down to during the process Rather we felt like he and his crews were a great resource to lean on and learn from when trying to figure out what we want He was excited about our project and would get ideas about the project on his own while we were in the planning phase, which was great to see We had bad experiences before with other companies but this crews were always 100% on time, professional, and trustworthyThey hardly ever rest, lol [redacted] was often on site himself, overseeing the project as well This review is long overdue but by writing it I I hope it dose helps someone choose a great company to work with who treats there clients like family! We recommend them with a full heart
