The houses are fine, though not really clean when you first move inHowever, I would not recommend renting from this company until whomever they use for accounting has been replaced as is the residential managementThe accounting firm has tried twice to get funds from us over what our monthly rent was in the past five months, and never did we receive an apology for either of these incidentsThis month we authorized a payment on time and had ample money to cover it but because we had stopped a payment in October (one of the times that they tried to miss charge us) of the same amount, the payment for this month bouncedWe were not notified until Saturday and when we called to figure out what happened they stated that no one could help us until Monday, mean while we were still being charged daily late feesWhen we brought all of this to the managers attention she would not hear of returning our late fees, even though had they not miss charged us in the first place we never would have put a stop pay on the first check and there would therefore be no reason for their to be a stop pay on this months paymentWe pay around a month here and while the house is fine the hassle and treatment we get from management/accounting is NOT worth the moneyManagement stated that they have tons and tons of non payers and that's why they have treated us like the restI understand now why they have so many non payers as they run off the faithful payers with their treatment of them when there is an honest mix upAlso the manager offered to give my letter of complaint "personally" to the owner but refused to give me any information about how to contact him or herTurns out, the register of deeds has Tucson Rental Homes down as owned by another company even though their website states that they are personally owned and therefore one can be sure that one will be treated wellThis is not true at least according to what is filed at the Register of Deeds officeI believe the manager had no intention of giving my letter to anyone and I feel she mocked me in this wayI will be contacting the President of the company that is stated as the owner without her assistance
