I had a colonoscopy done here in December and nobody will answer the phone to let me pay my bill. I have the time in the summer to spam call, but every line expects you to leave a message. I don't want to wait around until it is convenient for a business to collect my money, they should be available when I call to pay my debt. The care/procedure itself was fine, but the administration has been awful.
