We contacted Concrete & More regarding the work that was done on our home / yardWe needed to have the company come back out to our house to re-plant grass and properly level our yard from where they dug up the yard and drove their tractorsThe first time they came back out the workers just brought some dirt and grass seed Put it down and covered it with hay and leftThey didn't level the ground where they dug or where they drove their tractorsWe waited almost a year with no grass or leveled yardDuring that time we still used our yard as families wouldWe allowed our dogs to play and use the bathroom in the front part of the areaNot on the part with missing grass, or where it wasn't leveledWe also parked a car for less that an hour on the front area of the grassNot on the part where it needed grass and needed to be leveledThe company is now being extremely disrespectful and blames the missing grass and un leveled ground on dogs and a carWhile speaking to
Not even two years after my driveway install, severe pitting over the entire areaWhen I contacted the company to inspect the damage, was advised the weather was to blame for pittingWalkway to house is fine, just driveway is pittedOwner informed me there were two different batches of concrete used for jobI suspect the driveway batch was poor quality which is leading to the pittingCompany told me to powerwash and purchase a sealer to prevent further pitting
We had a driveway poured in We then had our sewer separation done by Concrete and More, and finally had them waterproof the south and east walls
Each job was done in a timely fashion and we were satisfied with any and all communications with the owner Good people and we will probably call them again if we need more work done
My fiance and I live in *** *** and per the city were required to do a sewer line separation for our homeThe city gave a list of companies they recommend for the job and after speaking with a few companies we selected Concrete and More
We were scheduled for a separation early JuneWe began to have flooding problems which required us to stay in a hotel until a line could be clearedThe company was kind enough to schedule us on a Sunday to clear a line until they had time for the official sewer separationThis included them breaking up the floor in our laundry room to access pipesThey filled the Hole with gravel and wood with the promise to fill the hole when they came back in a few weeks for the sewer linesWe asked them to send us the bill for the work they had done so we could pass it along to our home owners insurance to payIt took weeks and multiple calls from myself and our insurance agent to finally get a bill so our claim could be closed
