Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention regarding our location in [redacted] I spoke with the Supervisor of this location and she said she had tried to call the customer several times so she could help the customer and was unable to reach herSo, on December 21, we mailed an apology letter to the customer and also sent her a coupon for a "Free Sandwich of Choice," After receiving this letter from the [redacted] we mailed a refund check to the customer for $on January 12, I have enclosed a copy of the letter that we mailed with the coupon and a copy of the check that was mailed to the customerIf you any further concerns or questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted]
