Terrible company. Two days after placing the order for a grass sprayer with grass seed and a solution to help it grow, I received an email that the product has shipped from Ontario, California. Three weeks later the tracking still said *** was awaiting item from the shipper. I sent an email to inquire about the status. One week later they replied and said the order is probably held up in customs. Hello - there are no customs between California and Minnesota. These exchanges went on for several weeks. Every response came a week after my email and said the same thing, customs. Two months after my order was placed, it arrived, incomplete, missing the grass seed, the actual reason for the order. Their response was that the website says package includes only a sprayer and growth solution. However, when you select the item for your cart, it says sprayer + seed. They wanted photo proof, including the original packaging and label, which I didn't have because I had to destroy it to open it due to excessive taping of the bag. It will probably never be resolved because they won't let me return it without paying shipping myself. I'm better off throwing this garbage away and moving on from this infuriating experience. Worst online shopping experience imaginable.

On April 11, 202 I purchased Green Grass Lawn Spray - GREEN GRASS LAWN SPRAY + 1 SEED for the amount of $38.92. Since then I haven't received a tracking number nor my product. I have emailed, since there isn't a phone number. I would like a refund or my product ASAP!

I made a purchase from this company on April 20, 2020 and today is June 24, 2020 and I still haven't received my product. I have emailed the company on several occasions requesting a refund or the product. They refuse to give my money back and I still haven't received the merchandise. They gave me a tracking number *** and it clearly shows that the package never was delivered to me.

At this point I just want my money back if they're not sending me the merchandise.

. I placed an order on 5/3 and to date (6/22) I have not received my item. One time I tried to follow up on the status of the order and got an e-mail back saying that the item had been dispatched for transport and on 5/25 I got an e-mail saying "your order is on its way". That was almost a month ago. I never received a reply to my last e-mail asking where the order was.

Order #*** confirmed They did say higher than normal demand. I followed up on 6/5 and they sent a tracking number that tracking number says it is process but from April. I asked for a refund multiple times, and then did my research. *** They haven't given a refund and not responding to my ask for money back.

I ordered a product April 1 in May when I had not received it but Payment was drafted with order I began to inquire. I've been told multiple times it has Shipped, however they cannot provide a shipment tracking number.

I placed this order last evening. Twice today I have emailed them these emails have gone on answered. ***. I have notified my bank of this I have to wait till transaction post to file a dispute. One of the emails I sent to them today was asking for cancellation and a full refund again that email has gone on answered. I simply want this order canceled And the money refunded to my account in a timely manner. This was a *** marketplace advertisement for Tuesday crate that I purchased it from. ***. I do not want to fall prey to these people I simply want my money back

This company advertises heavily on ***, takes your money and then never ships the product to you. They also will not respond to any attempt made by customers to contact them. This has been my experience and their online ratings on *** and elsewhere online agree with this perception and customer experience. *** Very upsetting.

On May 16, 2020, I purchased 10 kits of *** Liquid Grass on sale from $28.97 to $21.73 for a total of 231.80 that was charged to my ***. I received confirmation text that my order would be shipped within 7-10 days. I have been diligently checking my confirmation text to track my shipment, but no additional information has been provided to date. The status is showing as confirmed only.

On May 25, 2020 at 6:16pm (EST), I sent an email through the contact us link (***@tuesdaycrate.com). I received an immediate auto generated response from someone named "***". Included in the email was confirmation that my order is at the shipping carrier, no tracking information provided, no carrier information provided, a typo where the email was supposed to include the URL for processing and delivery lead times, but the company failed to include the URL. Upon reading the email, I sent a follow up stating this was an auto-generated email and I want my tracking information before I file a complaint with Revdex.com and report a fraudulent purchase with my credit card provider. I have yet to receive any response.

Desired Outcome

I would like my full order of $231.80 refunded *** immediately. That is the least the company can do if they are not shut down based on the amount of complaints that have been provided above.

On 4/6/2020 I ordered two items from this company- Sink and Drain Pipe Dredging Powder and Green Grass Lawn Spray for a total of $49.43. The Sink and Drain Pipe Powder was confirmed as shipped on 4/9/2020 while the Green Grass Lawn Spray was not. I emailed them requesting to cancel the Green Grass Lawn Spray as of 4/12/2020 since it 1) was not shipped and 2) would be unsafe for my dogs for use in my yard. They replied on 4/13/2020 they would not refund this for me, indicating it had been shipped. I did clarify back with them on the same date only part of my order was shipped and that I expected them to cancel the Green Grass Spray, not ship the item and refund my money. They have not provided any further communication or relief of my issue. I do not want this product, particularly after realizing it will not be safe for use on my yard with two dogs that frequently utilize my yard. The company emailed me on April 15 asking if I would like to cancel which I confirmed. They emailed me on April 21 it was shipped already, but the actual "shipment" email and tracking are traced to April 26, 2020 after multiple attempts to cancel this well before shipment.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want a full refund of all items in this order. I asked many times to cancel this order well before it was ever shipped out. I do not want this order whatsoever and I want nothing to do with this company.
