On January 1, customer engaged our services for a Joint Petition Annulment, to be signed by both partiesHowever, on January 2, customer informed me that his wife was refusing to sign so he changed it to a Complaint For Annulment
Obviously he was pleased with our services for the Joint Petition for Annulment
He had a Notary Public problem in ***In years in this business, the only state posing a Notary problem has been ***As I always to in these circumstances, I informed him to hire a different NotaryHe was upset
We engaged the services of L&M Process Service in *** to serve his wife papersThey informed us they could not effectuate serviceI informed the customer he must now publish in the newspaper and pay an additional feeOnce again, he was upset
Customer claims there were typos on his papersIt is impossible for us to have created any typos, because we do not type anything in this businessIt is produced automatically by software exactly as it appears on his Questionnaire he filled out
Customer has called our office 15-timesOur charge is $for status callsHe refused to pay any of these additional chargesOur Terms of Agreement specify and authorize these chargesAgain, he was very upset
On February 15, he discharged our company form any further services

You should check for typo's rather than electronically copy off the questionnaireWe are not professionals like you areI did not get a professional answer from you as to the purpose of the form the ** Notary refused to signYou were rude to all and defensive making the wife and Notary very suspicious of me! If there is an on going issue of your forms in ** you should note on your website otherwise I spend money on services I can not benefit from while living in **No serving people were observed by anyone living at that houseI wasted money with your firmI would not recommend you to a friend and there will still be a Notary issue for any future customer living in **It should be noted to a prospective customer checking your reviews here, you have written above phone calls are very limitedFor $dollars you should have explained the Notary form problem free of additional charge

In response to customer's second set of facts: In years in business, some but not all, Notaries in *** will not sign the AcknowledgmentThe customer says we did not explain that form to himWe told him it is required in NevadaHe has again gone back to his claim of typos, but we did not make any typos and he failed to identify single typo
You can see that this customer simply does not stopThat explains the fact that no other customer has contacted us as many times as this customer, and he still refuses to pay for our servicesAttorneys charge for every time you call and talk to the attorneyOur Terms of Agreement specify that we charge for said contacts
He has changed his mind several times, first it was as Joint petition for Annulment, then a Complaint for Annulment, and once again a Joint Petition For Annulment
His comment regarding costs, you must under stand he purchased three (3) sets of papers from us and we did not charge anything for the 3rd set of papers
Should this continue we will bill him for ALL OF OUR SERVICES WE HAVE RENDERED

papers to him, which we didOn June 21, customer told me he did not want us to continue the work and we were firedOver the proceeding several months he called our office 15-to complainDue to his refusal to pay for all of his "status calls" to our office, which we charge, by our Terms of Agreement, $for each of calls, we terminate our services to customer due to lack of payment and lack of payment of the filing fee to the court
