The guttors that the company installed as part of the metal roof just collapsed after the first winter they put.After the guttors fell down; as part of the warranty they gave me; to let them know about my problem I sent the company an e mail on September 15th,they did not answer! [redacted] number and called him on 21 st September, he said he would call back, he did not call back. [redacted] Then I called him again to ask him when he would fix it. He said it would take a week to order and get the guttors. [redacted] I called him from my office, then said it would take about 4 weeks to come over my place to fix it. He did not come back, after 4 weeks we called him but no answer. Then I left two phone messages and asked him to call us back. No reply!!! Finally I called the company to let them know the problem again. [redacted] Still no body called us and nothing has been fixed. The first time I sent them an e mail to let them know about my problem was september 15th, today it is November 23, more than two months passed, and I do not have any guttors in the front side of my house, [redacted] When those guttors fell I also noticed that they screwed those guttor' hangers in the air, it is the same with other other existing guttors , screws are up in the air, [redacted] I want the company to fix my problem as soon as possible[redacted] Thank you very much.Desired SettlementI want them to replace those fallen guttors as soon as possible and to check all the guttors around the house to make sure that they are tight and not lose! Business Response We have received the complaint from [redacted] Ive told [redacted] several times that we would replace his eaves trough for him free of charge even though the eaves trough was pulled off by heavy snow and ice because he did not do the proper exterior maintenance that is required through out a extremely heavy snow fall season such as last year!!! [redacted] On December 2 we tried to install his eaves trough and are machine broke down and ruined the piece of eaves trough . As it was a special order color there is a two week minimum wait to get the material . As soon as the material is in we will be back. [redacted]Final Business Response My reply, We will replace you eaves trough between January 10th and February 10th. Please be advised the short run of eaves trough on the back of your house will most likely be knock off if the proper snow and ice removal is not done as the roof above it is nearly flat and will collect a lot of heavy snow and ice . The warranty provided by the company covers installer and material defects. Our warranty does not cover the home owner not maintaining there property properly!
