To ***In response to the complaint to resurfacing the house drive for *** *** on *** DrOrchard Park We resurfaced the driveway properly, because the driveway was on such a incline hill the snow plow company decided to push snow on a angle which led to ripping up end of customers driveway which had nothing to do with us The damage created was on the fault of snow plowing not us We gave customer a price to repair the neglect of snow plow contracter and home owner does not want to pay for repair, sorry we are not at fault.Tuff Kote AsphaltWayne L***

In the summer of Tuff Kote Asphalt was hired by *** *** at *** Drive Orchard Park, NY to resurface his existing driveway with 1.5" of new asphalt which we did and the job looked great The customer paid us in full In the 2014-winter months *** *** hired a
snowplow contractor to plow his driveway, because the driveway went uphill the plow contractor decided to plow the driveway on a angle which led to tear up the entrance of the driveway which was not our fault I personally went to the customers house, inspected the damage from snow plow contractor and told *** *** I would fix the damaged but there would be a charge, customer got mad and called Revdex.com Our job was perfect until snow plow contractor damaged it, not our fault customer was so wrong to blame Tuff Kote.Wayne L***

Yes, they offered to fix it, but with a hefty charge. Well, they didn't do the job right to begin with.
