I hope you are well I am forwarding you a copy of the email I have sent to the Revdex.com based on a meeting yesterday with a Roto Rooter employee, *** I just funeralized my husband on September 11, and to be confronted with dishonesty by your employee was overwhelming for me and this act of unethical behavior by your staff member *** has forced me to report his dishonesty to the Revdex.com Please review the invoice supplied by Roto Rooter, ***; in addition is a recorded conversation between *** (with Roto Rooter and my self) which further verifies ***'s change in statement Your loyalty should be to your customers and you should never sell them out, especially after you have been paid to do a job! For the record, I have more to back up ***'s dishonesty

Whole house was backed up! tried plunging and no luckSeptic system and didn't know who to call and didn't want to wait until next dayCalled a contactor friend and was told to call Roto RooterI did and it was the right callSeptic filter was clogged and technition had that figured out in no time at allGreat service! Roto Rooter did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyoneThey were very professional, knowledgeable, took the time to answer any questions that my husband and I had and were efficient We will definitely use them again should the need arise in the future
The repair technician did a poor job in installation and did not cleanup behind himself and he broke the cover of the pipe leading to my drain and did not tell meHe poorly replaced the stems in my bathtub and when my wife went to turn the water off that night the whole thing came off and started spewing water everywhereIt flooded my bathroom When I called rotor rooter that night around eight I was told it would be another $to have another technician come out on top of the $I had already paid for this workI was told if I wait until the next day then that same technician would come out that did the poor job the first time I didn't have another $so I said I would have to wait until the next dayI was told I would be put on the repair list for first thing that morning The next day came and I waited and waited and never received a call So finely I called them about 11amThe operator said that I was on the list and she didn't know why I wasn't called The person
