Superior Propane requires all of our customers to sign a Service Agreement when they start serviceMs [redacted] signed her service agreement which I have attachedOn the back of the service agreement under Termination of Service paragraph two it states "Superior Propane incurs a cost to set up a new account and when service to a customer is terminatedTo recoup a part of this cost we will charge you an accounting closing fee based on our minimum hourly rates." Our hourly labor rate is $When a customer ends service by either selling or moving out of the house we give the new customer two weeks to sign upIn Ms***'s case we read the percent in the tank on 8/26/as she requestedThe new owners didn't sign up until 9/14/The paper work was than processed and the refund request sent to accounts payableSuperior Propane cuts checks once a month on the 10th or the next business day afterTherefore, Ms***'s refund check was schedule to be cut and mailed on 10/10/In this case it would have taken six weeks, not an unreasonable amount of timeHowever, Superior Propane did send Ms [redacted] her refund on 9/27/in an attempt to make her happy after several complaintsI have attached her signed service agreement front and back and the final invoice showing her refund amountIn effort to please Ms [redacted] we are going to refund her back the $she is requestingThank you
