Tuffy Auto Service Center - Grove City

This is our response to the complaint that *** *** filed with the Revdex.com about his time there.I'm not sure how Mr*** *** thinks we damaged his car? Mr*** came in on 3/10/for an oil change and free inspection during the inspection our tech found his stabilizer links were bad
The tech brought Mr*** out to show himHe said we broke them and he declined to have the service done as the invoice from his visit showsAgain he declined the serviceStabilizer links are designed to support the weight of the car which is much more than a person weighs, there is no way a person weighing a 150lbs tops is breaking a stabilizer link, its impossible and if somehow, we were able to do that in such a short time it would have been obvious to even the other customers in the shop that we were up to no good and how would that help our business? What I'm saying is breaking those things isn't something you can just doJames who was the sales person/manager was even going to fix it because, the part wasn't that expensive and he just didn't want to deal with the issue, even though we didn't break or damage his carMr*** said he'd come back and never did, now it's been over three months and he decides to file a Revdex.com complaint about the damage we did? Who knows what has happened to the vehicle in the past three plus months? But, we aren't liable to fix something we didn't do in the first place and again we were just going to fix it but, he never came back! But, now too much time has passed, again who knows what has happened in the past months to the vehicle since then, we're not responsible to fix what is now probably a worse issue after he declined the service and never came back, like he said he was. Obviously we'd like to find an alternative method to remedy the situation with Mr ***, we don't like situations like this with our customersWe work very hard to have a great reputation since we took the business over but, fixing his car in full for free has passed because, he didn't come back, like he said he would and it's been over three months, closer to four months

at this time as well your vehicle was exhibiting a hard start condition, this was the result of a faulty camshaft position sensor and the reason that you check engine light was illuminated, you authorized us to replace that sensorThe following visit was the result of another bad cell in a batteryWe were in contact with our battery supplier regarding this issue to get the problem resolvedEvery time that your vehicle exhibited an issue we got it towed to our location at no expense to you. You reached out to Michelle initially two days ago and explained that you were still having issues with the vehicle starting and wanted to know what we could do for you. Lewis spoke with you yesterday at our Grove city location explaining everything to you regarding the issues that we were having with our battery supplierHis proposition at that point in time was to have it towed to our location to diagnose the vehicle and figure out what the problem isYou were not comfortable bringing it back to that particular location so he offered to have it towed to one of our other locations in Gahanna or Lewis Center, you informed him that you would speak to your wife and get back in touch with him, this never occurred
