I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree with the way they say they handled my complaintThey never offered to look at the car againI know that my car needs work but new tires and lightbulbs have nothing to do with the oil pumpAnd how do they expect me to trust them doing any further work on the vehicle if they already reacted this way to my first complaintThis is no longer about the money I will pay for the damages they caused out of my own pocket but it is unacceptable of a business to treat costumers in this mannerThey were rude and pretended not to know anything about this matter when I called after I had already stopped byThey are claiming this is a fraudulent complaint and therefore it should be deleted , it is notTheir behavior was unprofessional and on top of that they are misrepresenting the action they took afterwardHow do expect someone to trust you doing anything to their car after they behaved so poorlyThey never offer to work with me in trying to resolve this issueThey insinuated that it was most likely my mechanic trying to get money out of me and that they could not do anything about itYeah I was angry at the time I spoke with their representative because it was only after a week of contacting them that I heard back and that is unacceptableI know will not get any money from they because they will hide under any other excuse before accepting any fault and agreeing that they handled this matter very poorly

Good afternoonMy name is Brett S***, I'm the Senior Account Manager for the Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center in Lewis Center, OHThis email is in response to your email you sent about a complaint our Lewis Center location received from *** ***. Her complaints states that we put the
wrong oil in her vehicleThat was not and is not the situationShe said her mechanic told her that we put the wrong oil in the her car after they did an inspectionThat is not what her mechanic told us when we called him on 5/4/at 2:57pmWe called her mechanic ***, which was the name we were given by *** ***, the number we were given was 614-592-It's a used tire and tube shop and NOT a auto service centerHe told us that, that's what he told her it might be before the inspection and never told her that's what it wasAfter the inspection he told her that he can't tell her that's what it wasAlso, you have to send the oil out to a lab which can take over a week to get the results back in order to find out what oil was in the car or have very expensive equipment to do soIf he was a mechanic he would have known thatWe called *** *** on 5/4/at 3:and explained what her mechanic told usShe said she can't afford to fix it, we tired to find a solution to help her, she wasn't in anyway cooperativeShe also has 187,miles on her car, the windshield was cracked, the CEL, Air Bag and Traction lights were on, on the dash board and her tires were very low on treadShe declined the service.We have the invoice and phone bill to prove our claimWho knows what caused her issue, her car needs a lot of workThat being said we did not put the wrong oil in Ms*** ***'s car. We also have received no contact from the Revdex.com about this issue prior to email you sentWe searched all of our emails and have none from the Revdex.com about this and have received no calls, if so, no voicemails were left. We would like the complaint taken offIt is a fraudulent attempt to get free services rendered and she declined every attempt from us to help her out once the issue came about. We are rejecting Ms. [redacted]'s response to our response about the complaint she filed. As she stated her car does need work, that being said we never said new tires would help that, however to suggest that the lights on your dashboard have nothing to do with the issues her car is having doesn't make sense. Her car is a 2007 model and has a close to 200,000 miles on it, those lights mean things. Again she neglected all services but, the oil change. Also, like she said she was angry when she called which is understandable if you think a place messed up your car. I can appreciate that. That being said, with no grounds she said we messed up her car and put the wrong oil in it and demanded we fix it. We did not put the wrong oil in her car, if we did we would have fixed it, no problem. It is a fraudulent thing to do when you say something happened that did not. She even tried to to get her mechanic involved and he said he never said what she said that he said. Then she goes and says in her rejection response that we suggested that her mechanic was trying to get money from her? When and where in our response did we say that? because, we didn't! We, don't treat people like how she said we did or our google,yelp and [redacted] reviews would support her statement. We aren't perfect no business is but, if we would have put the wrong oil in her car we would have fixed it! But, again we didn't and instead of asking to speak to the owner she, went to the Revdex.com with a very fraudulent claim, with literally nothing to support her claim. Again, even her mechanic said he never told her that. It's unfortunate this situation has turned how it has but, for someone to try to ruin our reputation based on zero facts about the job we did, after how hard we've worked to fix our reputation since buying the location a year ago from the previous owner, is not something we take lightly. If she would have called and said I just had my car in there now this happened that's one thing but, it was about something she said we did that we didn't, isn't that fraudulent? Again, we wish it wouldn't of came to this we're just as unhappy with this as she is and wished it went a different way.  Brett SSenior Account ManagerTuffy Auto Service Center
