To address the complaint in this letter: The tire in question has sidewall damageThat is caused by hitting something on the roadThe tire has no road hazard warrantyNot the fault of the tireThe tire impacted something that caused it to failThe front tires on the car are NOT excessively cupped and do NOT need to be replacedThey have where on them for miles The tread life is rated at 30,milesAlthough there is not a tread life warranty they are wearing very well for the amount of miles on themThe shop she took the car to is simply not telling the truthThe car does NOT need the other tires replacedThe axles we recommended months ago were never replacedThis effects alignmentBased on the amount of miles driven and road conditions the car has been subjected to of course the alignment will need to be performed after months/milesIt's maintenance procedureThere is no guarantee or warranty on how long an alignment will be goodIt is right when it leaves the shopyards down the road you can hit a pothole and it's offThat's a factAnyone tell you any different again, they are lying Honestly though I wouldn't waste my money on doing it if it was my car because the tires are wearing good for the type of tire, type of car & driving conditionsThe tires were never rotatedCritical to wear on a high performance high speed rated low profile tireAgain this is common industry knowledgeNot sure why the other shop failed to mention itIn conclusion the car needs a tire, then a rotationThe repair shop it's at now is not telling the truthIt's a simple fix, about $The current tire on the vehicle has been upgraded to a newer version and would take me approx hours to obtainThanks [redacted] ***

To address the complaint in this letter: 1. The tire in question has sidewall damage. That is caused by hitting something on the road. The tire has no road hazard warranty. Not the fault of the tire. The tire impacted something that caused it to fail. 2. The front tires on the car are NOT...

excessively cupped and do NOT need to be replaced. They have normal where on them for 9500 miles . The tread life is rated at 30,000 miles. Although there is not a tread life warranty they are wearing very well for the amount of miles on them. The shop she took the car to is simply not telling the truth. The car does NOT need the other tires replaced. 3. The axles we recommended 6 months ago were never replaced. This effects alignment. Based on the amount of miles driven and road conditions the car has been subjected to of course the alignment will need to be performed after 6 months/9000 miles. It's maintenance procedure. There is no guarantee or warranty on how long an alignment will be good. It is right when it leaves the shop. 100 yards down the road you can hit a pothole and it's off. That's a fact. Anyone tell you any different again, they are lying.   Honestly though I wouldn't waste my money on doing it if it was my car because the tires are wearing good for the type of tire, type of car & driving conditions. 4. The tires were never rotated. Critical to wear on a high performance high speed rated low profile tire. Again this is common industry knowledge. Not sure why the other shop failed to mention it. In conclusion the car needs a tire, then a rotation. The repair shop it's at now is not telling the truth. It's a simple fix, about $100. The current tire on the vehicle has been upgraded to a newer version and would take me approx 24 hours to obtain. Thanks[redacted]

I'm a Veteran and I moved down to Florida a few years back from Rhode Island. MY timing belt went and I made the mistake of going to a friend of a friend to get it fixed which ended up being a disaster. Then I ended up int he hospital for heart surgery and couldn't work anymore. When disability finally kicked in I went to Tuffy's. they kept me up to date on everything they were doing to my car. let me know what it would cost every step of the way. these guys are very professional. When they got done with my 2004 Hyundai it was like a new car all over again. 3 Months later it got hit. They went through it and fixed everything that the insurance companies appraiser neglected to find. They took really good care of me. If you want your car done right the first time, go see these guys.
