The customer had been in contact with Tuffy Security Products prior to this complaint Although we can’t verify the style of truck the customer has, we HAVE verified fitment of the product with the OEM vehicle manufacturer (Chevrolet) during design and testing of the product The product
in question will fit Chevrolet Silverado trucks, 2007-model years, with the Crew Cab body configuration (full doors) Other body configurations, such as the Double Cab with opposing rear doors (or suicide doors) and Regular Cab with only two doors, are not a fit for this product Tuffy doesn’t currently offer an under-the-back-seat product for the Double Cab Silverado.The customer can e-mail images of their truck configuration to Tuffy’s Technical Support team for help in identification, if needed Currently, the customer has been issued a Return Authorization number if he found that he purchased the wrong product for the vehicle type. I am rejecting this response because: we are all aware that it doesn't fit in the model with opposing rear doors (or suicide doors) the point of this complaint is that at the point of sale, it did not specify that, again, I'm requesting a full refund, including shipping costs
