Mr [redacted] 's car was towed in on 3/25/17, not running He called and said that he was sending brake pads and an alternator with the vehicle and asked if we could put those items onWhich we completed that same day.After installing his afternator and the car would finally start our technician said it was running very roughl We called Mr [redacted] at that time to let him know that his car weasn't running properlyWe then asked Mr [redacted] if he would like for us to spend more time trying to figure out what else was wrong with his car and Mr [redacted] replied eyes".This is an uncommon engine because it was only produced for two yearsOur technician was doing his best to diagnose the issues with Mr [redacted] 's car and Mr [redacted] was updated continually on the process!I tried to explain to Mr [redacted] that a lot of times with older vehicles when you get one thing fixed it only leads to other underlying problems along the way.Every time the service writers would talk to Mr [redacted] he would sound like he understood everything and was fine but then he would go to some social media or review site and bash us and the companyl [redacted] called him once and asked him to come in so we could show him the problems we were finding on his car and explain everything to him and Mr [redacted] said, "if I have time" and hung up[redacted] our sergice writer did tell Mr [redacted] that we would do an oil change and tire rotation at no charge since we were going to be in the process of all the other work.t can confirm that the oil change was performed at no chargecannot confirm that the tire rotation was ever performed.We did install the brake pads and alternator that Mr [redacted] providedOur technician said that he put the wheel tock back in Mr [redacted] 's glovebox.We put over hours at $an hour and $in parts into Mr [redacted] 's car and unfortunately our technician still couldn't fix the problemAnd we didn't charge Mr [redacted] for any of that!So; at that point we thought it would be better to let Mr [redacted] take his vehicle to someone else

The customer came into Tuffy Tire & Auto Service on 1/8/18 about a bad vibration. After she was here she asked for a state inspection. We balanced her tires, fixed a broken wheel stud because her car wouldn't pass the state inspection with a broken wheel stud, then performed her state... inspection. The state inspector said he didn't see any cracks in her windshield nor did he notate any cracks in her windshield. She called after she left Tuffy and said there was a crack in her windshield and the manager [redacted] said to come back so we could see what she was referring to. She said she couldn't come back that day and [redacted] told her to come back the next day, which she didn't. We have video cameras that we looked at and we don't see a broken windshield nor did we see anything fall on her car while it was here.

Dear Revdex.com- I can not imagine what else Mr*** could possible want! 1) We only charged him what was agreed to from the beginning to machine his rotors and install his supplied brake pads and alternator2) After the car was finally running we called Mr*** to let him know that it was running very rough and we let him know at that time that the engine light was on2) Yes our diagnostic charge is $If most places don't charge a diagnostic fee like Mr*** stated then he could have chosen to go to any of those other shops3) Our technician spent over hours at $an hour and $in parts trying to fix Mr***'s vehicle(The entire time Mr*** was on social media and review sites talking bad about us and our company, while his car was still here.) Unfortunately we could not fix his car and realized with of all of his online (never in person) bashing that we were never going to make Mr*** happy! Ultimately we didn't charge Mr*** for time or parts and thought it would be best if Mr*** to pick up his vehicle4) Mr*** *** the owner did call Mr*** and Mr*** hung up on MrZugg5) *** did offer to change Mr***'s oil and rotate the tires at no chargeThe oil change was performed at no charge. We are happy to meet with Mr*** at the Mazda dealership and have the parts that we put on inspected and confirmedIf the parts aren't new then we will pay for the inspection and if the parts are new then he can pay for the inspection and the parts that we never charged him forAt that time I will pay for a wheel lock (even though our technician said he put it back in Mr***'s car) and a tire rotationSincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I was promised my car would be fixed per the diagnostic done and inspected. My wife was just released from the hospital and the inconvience of not getting my car back fixed & inspected with the countless, more bad news phone calls , delays, misordered part's , escalating repair's , lie's , inconvience of bothering neighbors for rides , became unbearable. Put yourself in my place . You expect what your told and they delivered nothing ! I do not know exactly what was put in , lied to about oil / tire rotation , no oil sticker on windshield , must of had the lock key to true drum & put my pads on . How did you do it otherwise ? Who cares about your inflated by the book hour numbers ! Nothing was accomlished per your recommendations of work .No one would be expected to be charged ! You would't either ! I have a right to be upset and expect what I was promised. Why, am I , on the 13th day of April 2017 , explaining what I was promised and being told I will never be made happy. All I wanted was what you are in business for , to fix cars. Not my fault you have employee's that do not know how to fix car's. Don't blame your customer's for your fault's . You will not have many treating them like I was. I expect to remedy this by having my car serviced at Mazda , running right, inspected, oil / tire change , Making sure my rotors & pads were done, new lock key without paying a dime for part's / labor. I owe nothing to anyone for the hell I been through . I will delete reviews after such is done.

parts into Mr. [redacted]'s car and unfortunately our technician still couldn't fix
the problem. And we didn't charge Mr. [redacted] for any of that!So; at that point we thought it would be better to let

I am rejecting this response because:Facts are ;I had my 1999 , low mile, 71 k mile, (always maintained with records)  car towed in to replace my alternator & front brakes with my parts. After receiving a call it was finished, I told them it had an engine light on and I wanted to get it inspected. I was told a diagostic could be done at $109 , which is free at most places. Ok, do it. [redacted] ,said it was a misfire #4 & vaccum leak. For a coil & spark plug & diagnostic , it would be $294.30 . O k , do it, feeling comfortable my car would be running as he had said it would. Then they called me back and told me it was not any of these , that it needed a injector, always stated with, " I have more bad news ! ". So , then the next week I get a call , they sent the wrong part ! What , how can this be ,when you are the ones who ordered it. I suggest ,since they are in there to replace the three plugs in the front, (since it would be easier), the coil, injector ,vaccum lines for $715 , they would do a free oil change / tire rotation. Now , really expecting they knew what they were doing , wrong ! My next call would be to inform me my car was ready and we do not know what else to do, by [redacted] on 3/31/17, I told him to have the owner call me. Never happened. On 4/1/17 I begged a neighbor to take me to their place so I could see what was up with my car. It was parked up front , not inspected, not fixed, engine light still on . I was told by [redacted] , after paying him for putting my front pads on & alternator on, ( $275.77 ? my parts , he said they did the oil change & rotated the tires. I go out and see my front damaged rim still at the same location on my car. I tell [redacted] , he lied to me again , and why . He responded we could not find your wheel lock. I said ,it's in the glove box ,where it was last week. Now, we check and no where to be found. They go back and come back with all sorts of locks except mine. Now I have no way of changing my tire in an emargency and they don't know where it is. Now I do not know if any of the parts they said they were putting in, are in ! I f they did not have my wheel lock , how did they put my brake pads on  and true my rotors ? Now, I do not know how the oil got changed, I do not have an oil sticker on the window. With all the promises . lies, theft that have occurred to me why would I rate this place any better than I did. I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends, family , or associates because I would't want them to be treated as I was and have no car for a week And a half and still not running properly ! The owner called me in the very beginning and said I understand your not happy. Come see me. That would be great if I had a car to do so. I already knew what was wrong, it just wasn't getting fixed. Just kept escalating the price. Now I see my front  , underneath cover is damaged. SO WITH ALL THE EXCUSES, BAD LIES,THEFT, BAD SERVICE , I AM SUPPOSE TO BE HAPPY. ARE YOU KIDDING ME !  I EXPECT MORE , BECAUSE, I AM THE CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE , NON REPAIRS , AND ATTITUDE WITH MY HONEST FACTS .       Regards,
