did not have the soda that the caterers we're providingIt is not our responsibility to pour soda provided by other companiesThe caterer eventually did bring up the soda they were providing and asked if we would be willing to serve it, because as they understood, that was not our responsibilityWe gracious agreed that we could do that for them until the soda ran outI will mention as well that coke and diet coke were the only soda provided and some guest wanted other products that we had (such as sprite, ginger ale, etc.) and we charged the customers for that as it was NOT included with what the *** family had purchased from the caterers.Second: The complaint that it was never announced that the drinks were FREE is a lieWe put a sign on our bar saying that Tail Light Red, Sweeter Side Rose, Lat White, Lat Blush, and Labatts Blue Draft were complimentary by the bride and groomThe bartenders (one of them being part-owner) also told patrons that those types of wine and the draft beer was free.Third: Regarding the accusation that we stole wine from them is again falsePrior to the wedding, the *** bought cases of wineWe kept track of every bottle they went through during cocktail hour and the receptionThe mother of the bride asked the bartenders half way through the night how much wine was left and we told her she still had bottles left, but obviously people attending the wedding continued to drink, particularly when we announced last callThe two bottles of wine were ALL that was left at the end of the night and we gave those two bottle to the ***s to take home with themThe bartenders NEVER charged for the draft beerIf patrons wanted bottle beer, they had to purchase it for themselves.Fourth:Regarding the flowers, we clearly explain to our brides that if they decide to use our FREE flowers, then they will only get what we have available in the gardens at the time of their weddingWe NEVER buy any flowersWe took pictures of the flowers we made on Wednesday before the wedding and sent them to the ***s prior to the wedding and asked if they were okay and said if not that we could try to make adjustmentsWe did get confirmation that they received the pictures, and they never requested any changesIn fact, the mother of the bride said the flowers were very pretty, she just wished they matched betterWhich if they wanted specific flowers, they should have PAID for flowers done by a florist.Fifth: The *** rented the facility from 5pm until 10pmThis is a business and we do need to keep it open hours that it is not rentedIf they had wanted to have the entire place to themselves from 9am when they came in to get ready, they should have paid to have itWe graciously let them use the building free of charge from 9am-5pmWe do sincerely apologize that someone walked upstairs while they were getting ready, but obviously it is hard to keep track of where everyone that enters the property goes. Sixth: We are not wedding plannersWe provide the facilityWe do try to help the brides as much as we can obviously. I would just like to add that at the end of the night, the part owner bartender that was working asked the bride, the groom, and the mother of the bride how everything went that night and they said great, had no complaints*** then stayed and helped them to pick up all of their items, again something that she did not need to do but willingly didThese accusations are completely and are not backed by any proofWe received a call Sunday and Tuesday following the wedding, and on Tuesday one of our employees talked with the mother of the bride who was extremely rude and made all of these accusationsWednesday, Theresa our event coordinator, called her back and again the mother of the bride was completely rude to her as wellI then called Mrs*** back on Friday but she did not answer and left her a messageSaturday Mrs*** called me back and left a message and I will admit that I have not called her back since because I am so disgusted by her words and actionsIn no way do we plan to give them any of their money back in a refund

Which is a joke. The flowers provided were not up to par. We called and complained and we were told to basically deal with it. Out of 120 guests,not a single person saw that sign. Why? Because it wasn't there. Nobody asked me,or my groom how the wedding went. We were both upstairs cleaning,and left right after. So again,another lie.
