Hello, my name is larry h*** **..owner of affordable quality masonry..I am writing you concerning a complaint filed against my company..I have attached photos of job start to finish..first off..the *** driveway is done within all *** ** *** building guidelines..job was fully inspected and
passed by *** ** *** building inspectors...so when I was forming driveway..*** asked me several times to widen her driveway..so I widen driveway from squarefeet to 2200..and than refused to pay the additional cost for wideneing driveway..working for them was unbearable..I started working on thier driveway on sunday oct 28th..and completed it on thurs nov 2nd...on tuesday oct 30th had a doctors appointment to have a *** done..and was still feeling under weather on wed oct31..when I returned to work on oct 31..*** was upset with me over drs appiontment..and even said that I should of rescheduled appointment to make work on her driveway...from start to finish of her job..I was put in middle of 11/6/2:pm Additional telephone response obtained from the company as follows:The company stated that while typing their response to the complaint (shown above), they ran out of room to type. To continue with the company's response, the company stated they were in the middle of arguments between the consumer and the consumer's neighbor.The company stated that they did not write a hand receipt, the receipt given to them was a hand written receipt from the concrete broker.The company stated they told them that they would be back out on either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week to address the issue with the steps.The company stated the city inspectors gave the company the go ahead to pour and they company stated that they called the city the day after the job was completed and requested a final inspection.The company stated that they have not received any notification from the city about anything failing

The work is completed and therefore, my complaint is resolved

Company called (Larry H[redacted], Owner) stated this matter has been resolved.  The consumer has been serviced with the concrete addition to the driveway and paid by the consumer.  Job was completed on Thurs. 8/20 and paid by consumer on Sat. 8/22.   Due to truck mechanical failures...

caused the delay, but kept in full contact with consumer.
