unpleasant stay
we stayed from Feb 4-6 at room 635, there was a drunk guy in altercation with another person, and the drunk guy even tried to go into our room. the screaming, yelling at swearing right in front of our room lasted for more than an hour, till it is finally dispersed. we checked that morning tired because we barely got an sleep. I feel like we should be compensated for that sleepless night

Her reservation was NOT done by use but rather through a travel agencyThe travel agency is being contacted to reverse the credit card charge Here is a copy of the reversal on our end

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They failed to provide service I want a refund due to their lack of ability to provide sound at the Lily Tomlin show I paid to hear the material not watch her walk back and forth on the stage Tulalip fully admitted the sound was being worked on the entire show This is clearly a failure to provide a service Sincerely, [redacted]
