Hi, I am *** *** owner of Tulare Ag and Feed SupplyI am responding to this complaint about the oat hay, I have talked to this man quite a few timesHe has called me and sent a couple pictures as of Friday june at 6p.mwhen I talked
to him last I told him I was glad to trade the hay out for store credit or exchange for different hay as clearly posted in our store since the day we opened years agoI also asked him why he didn't want it and said his horses didn't like it , but I find that hard to believe when I have sold over bales of this product with no bad feed backWhen I offered an exchange he denied was not happy with my response but that is store policy, I also stated that I can not pick it up we are not equipped with that machinery he would have to pay that to the guy that delivered to him it was a seperate sale it is not part of my business He declined both offeres and just wanted his money backI also asked him why he did not go look at the hay as my wife and hay loader offered to show, it is feet away from the register he told me that oat hay is oat hay its all the sameWe also have it clearly posted to go look at the hay before you make a large investment in something you have not looked at
In conclusion, this man is making accusations against me and my companyIf needed I can go to my cellular provider and request phone logs to show him repeatedly calling through out the day harassing me as I told him I was in a meeting and will return his call asap
