electronically to DMV as stated on the smog certificate which I highlighted for you. Also, the original invoice and smog certificate was given to the customer at time of payment. I have provided a copy of the proof from the California Bureau of Automotive Repair website showing the vehicle test history. Also, a copy of the smog certificate. As you can see the copy shows the record of date, time and certificate issued. The smog certificate is valid for 90 days from date of issuance. I do not know when the customer paid their DMV fees I believe it was way past the 90 days. Therefore, DMV charges consumer the late fee's and vehicle suspension. If customer paid their DMV fees on time. the sticker and new registration would have been mailed to the customer as you can see on the smog certificate it was sent electronically. I received the phone call on April 14, 2016 from the customer which is 9 months after smog was done.
Tulare Smog Check will obtain a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction for internet defamation and false reviews. Therefore, ordering customer to cease and remove false statements about the business online within 1 week.
Clearly they did not pay their DMV fee's on time. Again, smog certificate is valid for 90 days only. DMV will not show vehicle smogged after 90 days.
