Aloha, The Customer in question did have a reservation with us, and we hope that Her husband made a quick and full recoveryUnfortunately circumstances as they may be, the customer was unable to meet their obligation of our hr cancelation policyAs you can see on the attachments to this email, one is the confirmation that all customers receive from us at the time of booking and the other is from our website under FAQ'sThe customer at time of booking is also required to click acknowledging they have read our terms and conditions before they can proceed to finalizing that bookingWe understand that to the customer that this may seem cold or uncaring but that is not the caseWe do feel empathy that her loved one fell ill, and that is why we despite our policy we refunded her husbands ticket, and it had nothing to do with how many people were on the flight or notAs for her contacting us, we gave her the contact info of our Customer Service Department as well as my personal phone number (General Manager) At no time did we receive any email from the customer in question or receive a phone call, text, or voicemail from that customerIf the customer wished to discuss the matter further, we would gladly take the call or any other communication the customer feels comfortable withAs for the refund, we feel it is imperative to stand behind our policies that are in place, and we have had for over yearsThank you for your time, and we wish the customer safe travels on their future endeavorsJ.CM***Safari Helicopters

The customer at time of booking is also required to click acknowledging they have read our terms and conditions before they can proceed to finalizing that booking. We understand that to the customer that this may seem cold or uncaring but that is not the case.
