Review: Owner lost my pants and and refused to offer any compensation. I've been going to the same dry cleaner since 2005. I was shocked when he told me to leave he had to go back to work. Also if I had problem to take me court.Desired Settlement: It would be great if I can get compensation for my pants but I would be difficult to find since it was a suit. If I can't get compensation then I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Customer brought in 2 suits and 3 shirts to be dry cleaned on May **, 2013. Customer picked up order on June **, 2013. Customer came back 3 days later claiming one pair of pants was missing.

Therefore, we checked our premises and our records and did not find the pants in our store. Furthermore, our records indicate that each and every article of clothing was accounted when it left our store. We do not have the pants in question. We believe the customer is at fault in this situation.
