I contacted Tulip Landscaping Coto request an estimate for mulching, trimming, and edging The woman that answered the phone scheduled an appointment to have someone come to my home to evaluate the scope of work and provide an estimate A man named Joel provided the estimate Shortly after I contacted the office and scheduled the appointment, which was to occur a couple weeks later At that time I had to give a $deposit A couple of weeks later, I called to confirm the date but there was no answer I called almost daily over the next two weeks with no answer I left messages but received no callback Additionally, the was no outgoing message to indicate it was a business I also send repeated emails with no response I sent an email and left a voicemail message indicating I wanted a refund of my deposit and have received no response
