Review: I ordered an item from http://www.bargainbloodhoundannex.com on March **, 2015. The item was processed that same day and payment was given in full in the amount of $41.99. The product was shipped according to the order number on March **, 2015. By April *, 2015, I still had not received the order so I contacted customer service and was connected with one of their reps named [redacted]. She looked into the order and stated that the order was returned to the supplier warehouse due to a ripped shipping label. At that point my options were to have the item reshipped or refunded in full. I chose to have the item reshipped. [redacted] said that it would be reshipped that same day. By April **, 2015, I still had not received the item. I again contacted [redacted] who again said she would "look into it". This time, I was told that the supplier was unable to locate the item or shipment info. so she would be issuing a full refund. This was on May *, 2015. By May **, 2015, I still had not seen the refund credited to my bank account. I again contacted [redacted] and was finally contacted back on May **, 2015. At that point, she stated that there was a processing error that prevented the completion of the refund so it would need to be reissued. As of today, June *, 2015, I still do not have the refund credited to my bank account. Every time I have contacted customer service, I have been given an excuse and the runaround regarding my order and my refund. I feel that this is a scam at this point and would just like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $41.99 credited to my bank account ASAP.

Review: I ordered an item from [redacted] on March **, 2015. I paid in full at the time of purchase in the amount of $41.99. I received an order number and the item was shipped on March **, 2015. By April ** 2015 I still had not received the item so I contacted customer service and was connected with representative [redacted]. She looked into the matter & informed me that the item was returned to their suppliers warehouse due to a ripped shipping label. At that point I could either have the item reshipped or refunded. I chose to have the item reshipped. It was supposedly reshipped on April **. 1015. By April **, 2015, I still had not received the item. I contacted [redacted] again who again looked into it and I was told that the supplier could not locate the item or the reshipment information so I would be issued a full refund. This was communicated to me on May *, 2015. By May **, 2015, I still had not received the refund credit to my acct. I again contacted [redacted] & finally heard back on May **, 2015. I was told that the refund had to be reissued due to a processing error. As of today, June *, 2015, I still do not have the refund credit. I have contacted customer service several times & always get an excuse or the runaround regarding my order and refund. I feel at this point that this is a scam and would just like my money back ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like my order refunded in full in the amount of $41.99 & credited to my bank account ASAP.
